量子科技学院于2025年成立，是学校服务国家量子科技重大战略、前瞻布局建设的人才培养与科技创新高地。学院聚焦量子科技前沿领域，设立量子基础物理、量子精密测量、量子计算系统、量子交叉应用四大核心方向，构建“理论—感知—计算—应用”全链条人才培养体系，精准对接国家战略与行业前沿发展需求。

学院秉持“厚基础、强实践、重交叉、促创新”的育人理念，推行全程导师制与项目制贯通培养，打通理论学习与科研创新壁垒。依托特色“量子+”交叉育人体系，深度融合物理、计算机、仪器等多学科优势，打破单一专业局限，着力培养数理基础扎实、创新能力突出、适配未来前沿领域的量子科技拔尖学术人才与卓越工程师。

Founded in 2025, Quantum Science ＆ Technology Collage is a talent cultivation and scientific innovation hub strategically and forward-looking established by the university to serve the national major needs of quantum technology development. Focusing on global quantum frontiers, the collage sets up four core research and teaching directions: fundamental quantum physics, quantum precision measurement, quantum computing systems, and interdisciplinary quantum applications. It has built a full-spectrum talent training system of "Theory-Perception-Computation-Application" to closely align with national strategies and cutting-edge industrial demands.

Adhering to the education philosophy of "Solid Foundation, Intensive Practice, Interdisciplinary Integration and Innovation-driven Development", the collage adopts a whole-process supervisor system and project-based integrated training mode. Undergraduates are encouraged to join scientific research teams and participate in national-level research projects in advance to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and scientific exploration. Supported by the distinctive "Quantum +" interdisciplinary training system that integrates physics, computer science, and instrumentation, the collage breaks the limitations of single disciplines, and devotes itself to cultivating top academic talents and outstanding engineers with solid mathematical and physical foundation and excellent innovative competence for the quantum technology industry.
